Making Suzuki music education affordable and accessible
is close to the heart and the mission of our school.
Our own faculty received tuition assistance and scholarships in their own study of music, and the
Javaux Music School would not exist today without
the financial support they received as students.
For over a decade, the Javaux Music School has
cultivated a passion for music throughout the Quincy, IL area.JMS strives to empower students with a high quality
Suzuki education, integrity in character, and performance opportunities that engage and gather the community
and further the local music arts.
Areas of Giving
Scholarship Fund
A gift towards the scholarship fund sends a student to a summer camp program of their choice. Our students have attended some of the most prestigious Suzuki camps
in the country.
Tuition Assistance
We believe the gift of music should be accessible to all families, regardless of financial status. This is a needs-based scholarship to provide a reduced tuition rate to
selected families.
Performances
Every performances is open to the public and seeks to unite our local music community. We partner with other local arts programs and musicians to provide excellent opportunities for students to showcase their studies. We are currently in need of corporate sponsors and individual donors to continue to keep concerts free or at low cost to the public.

JMS hosts large concerts including an All-School Concert, Solo Recitals, and more. Contact us if your business would be interested in providing a yearly or long-term need in this area.
